This little oasis on the edge of the vast festival metropolis offers guests an eccentric taste of proper farm life, without compromising on any of the mod cons you’d expect from one of the country’s leading glamping outfits – Portobello Tents.
Make your way through the orchard to the big old stone barn, where you’ll find a cosy sitting room and plenty of space to put your feet up after a long day pounding the endless fields of the festival. Stretch out with your face in the sun and indulge in ice-cold G&Ts, or treat yourself to a delicious massage. When it’s time for bed, bury yourself deep in a memory foam mattress and a sea of Egyptian cotton, with 13.5 tog duvets to keep out the evening chill. There are no queues for the hot showers and luxury loos, and there’s even an on-site bar and dining area.
Visitors of all ages are welcome, and we have tents for all combinations, whether you’re travelling as a couple, solo, as a family or with a bunch of mates. Guests are invited to explore the bucolic charm of the farm itself, knowing that access to the festival is only a short shuttle drive away (24/7 to the Bronze Gate).
